Your Rights Under Consumer Guarantees Act
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you have automatic guarantees when purchasing goods and services in New Zealand. These statutory rights cannot be excluded or limited.
Returns and Refunds
At glaxyronvitul, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Greek Classic interior decoration products. If a product does not meet the guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act, you have the right to request a repair, replacement, or refund.
Return Conditions
You may return products in the following circumstances:
- Products that are not of acceptable quality
- Products that do not match their description
- Products that are not fit for their intended purpose
- Products with manufacturing defects
To be eligible for a return, products should be in reasonable condition, considering the nature of the defect. Customized or made-to-order items may have different return conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone. We will assess your request in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act and provide you with return instructions if applicable. Returns must be authorized before sending items back to us.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days. Shipping costs may be refundable depending on the circumstances of the return.
Consumer Guarantees Act Remedies
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, you have the right to:
- Request a repair for minor defects
- Request a replacement for significant defects
- Request a refund if the defect cannot be remedied or is substantial
- Claim compensation for any loss or damage resulting from the failure
