Orders and Quotations
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise specified.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows:
- Deposit may be required for custom orders
- Balance due on delivery or completion of services
- We accept bank transfer and other agreed payment methods
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. We will make every effort to meet quoted delivery times but are not liable for delays beyond our control. Delivery charges may apply and will be advised at time of order.
Consumer Guarantees Act
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. These statutory rights cannot be excluded or limited.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
